Soldier - US Army-1976-1982. Stationed in South Carolina, Germany, Hawai'i, Virginia.
Federal Government - GS-3 to GS-11, work included information technology, Social Security Administration, health benefits/development of Tricare Northeast Program, Supervisory Computer Systems Instructor, Pension and Benefits, and Equal Opportunity Employment Specialist.
College/Adjunct Professor. Taught psychology, sociology, and technical implications of technology usage in society.
Marriage and Family Therapy. Provided therapeutic interventions using art and play along with talk therapy. Helen was an Immigration and Customs Enforcement contract therapist working with unaccompanied minors.
Psychological Researcher. Developed research projects relating to brain injury and psychological behaviors. Dr. Horvath recently entered a discussion with military researchers relating to the impact of blast injuries during war upon traumatic brain injury and behavior.
CEO, ILKA Technologies, Inc. Federal contracting organization. Utilize knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Contract Law, and Organizational Systems.
